ジョージア日本商工会（JCCG）は、アトランタ本社のデータ＆テクノロジーコンサルティング企業である Kaizen Analytix と共催で、下記のテーマにてセミナー＆ウェビナーを開催します。
背景
2025年初頭以降、Section 232、Section 301、IEEPA措置、さらに高まるUSMCAの圧力が重なり、米国で事業を行う企業にとって、関税負担の積み上げと対応期間の短縮が進んでいます。
この不確実性は、貿易組織のシステムを破壊したというよりも、もともと存在していた課題を浮き彫りにしました。すなわち、分断されたシステムに散在するデータ、サプライヤー情報（例：溶解／鋳造原産地や材質情報など）の遅延、そして急速なルール変更に対応できないブローカーやERPの硬直的な基盤です。
関税政策が今後も変化し続ける中、米国のサプライチェーンに関わる日本企業は、自社の現状を正しく把握し、今後のレジリエンス強化に向けた実行可能な計画を持つことがこれまで以上に重要です。

| Upcoming Event — September 10 JCCG & Kaizen Analytix Co-hosted Seminar & Webinar: "From Regulation to Action: What Trade & Tariff Volatility Reveals About Your Data and Technology"
The Japanese Chamber of Commerce Georgia, in partnership with Kaizen Analytix, an Atlanta-headquartered data and technology consulting firm, will hold a seminar and webinar on September 10 titled "From Regulation to Action: What Trade & Tariff Volatility Reveals About Your Data and Technology." Since early 2025, overlapping tariff actions — Section 232, Section 301, IEEPA measures, and mounting USMCA pressure — have stacked duties and compressed response windows for companies operating in the U.S. This volatility has not broken trade organizations' systems so much as exposed gaps that already existed: data scattered across disconnected systems, supplier information (such as smelt/pour origin and material content) arriving too slowly to act on, and broker and ERP infrastructure too rigid to absorb rapid rule changes. As tariff policy continues to evolve, Japanese companies with U.S. supply chain exposure need both a clear picture of where they stand today and a practical plan for building resilience going forward.
This seminar will offer a technical perspective for trade and compliance leaders, while also serving as an accessible primer for others in the organization who need to understand how tariff volatility is reshaping data and technology requirements. Drawing on real client experience — including measurable results achieved with a major automotive OEM — Kaizen Analytix will walk through the recurring gaps companies encounter, a short-term and long-term playbook for closing them, and a framework for assessing where your organization currently stands (Reactive, Connected, Governed, or Responsive).
